Managing Director at Blue Branch, Rania Noumaan recently travelled to London to attend an industry business development conference, focusing on recruitment, branding, and driving business growth.
Ms Noumaan was accompanied on the trip by one of the firm’s most promising contractors, Caitlin Mallinson, who is at a pivotal stage in her business development and is expected to complete the company’s program by the end of the year.
The event was held at the 5-Star Hilton London Bankside which is ideally situated with connections to airports, the Tube and mainline rail. The meeting facilities have also made the venue the number one location for such industry events, with Ms Noumaan previously attending a number of conferences at the hotel.
Business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs from across the UK were invited to the UK’s capital to attend the event, scheduled with the intention to provide delegates with fresh information to allow them to have a phenomenal last financial quarter. Delegates were greeted with tea, coffee and snacks before the meeting commenced at 10 am in the Bankside Ballroom suite. The itinerary for the meeting included guest speakers, each talking about a specific subject. Topics included; how to attract top talent, personal and company branding, the important role of social media in branding and recruitment, branding top tips and utilising technology for talent acquisition.
